Portofino is a magnificent and exceptional resort establishments on Ambergris Caye. Located North of San Pedro, it sits on the most beautiful beaches of the island. Although you come to a very peaceful and quiet resort, town, shops and the nightlife are just 15 minutes away by boat. Many of the best restaurants (including Portofino's Le Bistro) are located north of San Pedro.

The PORTOFINO service is second to none. Room service is offered to every room, daily housekeeping service and 24 hour maintenance is available for any problems that might occur. Beach service covers beach raking and cleaning every morning and arrangement of all hammocks and sun chairs. You can have a drink at the Green Parrot Bar, but drink service also extends to the beach and the dock.

The Le Bistro Restaurant, combine European specialties, ranging from Italian to Mediterranean, highlighted by what French Chefs call Nouvelle Cuisine and more. From your table on the spacious balcony you can see the Uniquely Designed Freshwater Pool, Caribbean Sea and the Barrier Reef.

ACCOMMODATIONS
Choose from a variety of room types: Beach Cabanas (6), Junior Suites (2), Colonial Suites (2), Treetop Suites (2), VIP Suites (2), Honeymoon Suites (1) or the luxurious Beachfront Mansion which sleeps eight and is ideal for a family or a large group.
All the buildings are located right on the beach and have thatched roofs, giving a tropical and rustic feeling. All our rooms are decorated with local artwork.
All the rooms have balconies with chairs and hammock, wireless internet, television with CD/DVD player, air conditioning, small refrigerator and spacious designed bathrooms with showers and hairdryers. The Honeymoon Suite has its own whirlpool.

BOOKING:
A 50% deposit is required for a confirmed reservation.
Full payment is expected 30 days (60 days in peak season) prior to the guest's arrival.
Rates and conditions are subject to change without prior notice until the deposit has been received and reservations are confirmed.

CANCELLATION:
Any cancellation 60 days (90 days in peak season) or more prior to arrival will be accepted and a full refund of all deposits will be made.
Any cancellation within 60 days and 30 days (90 days and 60 days in peak season) prior to arrival will result in forfeit of deposit.
Any cancellation within 30 days (60 days in peak season) of the guest arrival, will be subject to no refund whatsoever.
