Accommodations include private beach cabanas all overlooking the Placencia Bay. perfect for mid range budget visitors. All have private bath, ceiling fans, small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, queen size bed and living area, hot and cold water. You will enjoy the sea breeze and view of the bay from your private veranda.
The exotically named luxury condos are perfect for anyone wanting the independence and convenience of your own private suite while vacationing in Belize. Each condo is fully furnished with A/C, full kitchen, dining room, living room (with sofa bed). The Spacious master bedroom with queen size bed features a walk-in closet, full bathroom and private veranda. For your personal entertainment the condos have cable TV, DVD players and surround sound music centers. Enjoy romantic interlude watching the sun rise over the Caribbean Sea while sitting on your private veranda. Each suite sleeps 2 - 4 people.
The Crow's Nest Cafe, Bar & Grill
The nautical themed open air thatch cafe, bar & grill, located behind the cabanas features a spectacular view of the bay, perfect for enjoying a cold beer while seated at the "ship's" bar. The Crow's Nest serves cold drinks and fine food all day.
Enjoy the evening breeze from the sea and sip on cocktails while making a selection from the extensive dinner menu - a selection of seafood, meat and vegetarian dishes with house starter and dessert included. Dietary needs can be accommodate by request. The Crow's Nest has great character and charm consider it to host your wedding reception, family reunions and other celebrations. Your event can be catered with BBQ’s, buffet selections and full 3 course dining. For larger groups extra seating can be provided under marquees on the grounds and we can arrange musical entertainment to add to the party spirit.

A minimum two-night deposit is required upon booking to guarantee reservation.
Room reservations for 1 night must be paid in full.
A full refund will be granted if cancellation is received in writing before 60 days or more prior to arrival at South Waters Resort. If 60 up to 45 days prior to arrival 25% refund of deposit, if full payment received 50% refund. If 30 days or less, no refund. This cancellation policy applies to any reason for cancellation, including airline delays, strikes, world events, personal issues or Acts of God.
